Just finished a few more Dwarves and I thought I'd share them with you, I really loved the armoured Dwarves from the film, so I thought I'd make my own. As for back story, I figured I'd continue with my East and South Middle earth theme, these can be some Orocarni Mountain Dwarves.

As always I appreciate any feedback.
YES JAC's back with more fantasy!
ReplyDeleteLovely wargs and their orcs. I've got a 3rd one currently waiting to be customized, he's just got a spare MU Kraven vest on at the moment.
I'm looking forward to that Azog with WHite Warg figure seen at the UK toyfair though.
You're dwarves are excellente, I love the use of the Mandolorian's shield (those guys shelfwarm a lot here), and the mixing with other figure's lines (like the PotoC Gibbs head).
Please tell me if you get a Marvel Universe Puck you'll turn him into a berserker Dwarf?
Thanks man!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to customise one or multiple of those Puck figures, but it looks like it'll be one of those hard to find pieces so I'm not sure I'd have the courage. I really wish the bridge would release the armoured Dwarves from the film, that's an army builder! If they'd only focus on the 1:18th line. I am excited by what they have planned though. I almost have all their hobbit stuff, I'm just missing the Goblin King.
Really looking forward to seeing your warg riders and whatever new stuff you have coming down the line. I'm really interested in seein what the Kraven vest looks like on Fimbul, I a almost used the gwnagahyde vest but I think it looked too 'modern'
Oh I think a Moria flashback Battle 2-pack of a Dwarven Warrior vs Orc would be delicious.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to see they're got more of Thorin's company on the way, I think only Gloin is missing going by the UK toyfair pictures. Here is hoping the New York one this weekend brings the goods.
